The performance, implementation, completion or payment in respect of any contracted services shall be separately arranged between the customer and service provider to the exclusion of Movinghub, and customer and service provider shall look solely to the other in respect of any relevant liability, responsibility or obligation.

Movinghub has no influence on the acceptance of any contract by the service provider and as such cannot be held liable should an offer be withdrawn or not made available to you.

Movinghub does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with this service, or for any services selected through this service. We cannot guarantee that a service provider will be able to provide a particular product at any particular time or that a product will be available from day to day. We reserve the right to withdraw any service provider (or any product or service of a service provider) from our service at any time.

Payments for the service providers’ services will be made direct to the service providers under their terms & conditions. We assume no responsibility for organising or making payments to the service providers. We will have no liability in respect of any other website or page on the Internet accessible from this site.

Agent Use

When making an application on behalf of a client, Agents must ensure and be able to prove that they have received permission from the client. An Agent using this site warrants that he has received such permission and holds the Movinghub free and harmless of any liability arising from any unauthorized use of this site or Movinghub.

Movinghub provides an application lodgement service. The Applicant(s) is/are solely responsible for all fees, charges and tariff payments in respect to connections, account establishments, bonds and usage to all services providers.

Neither Movinghub, nor our partners, agents or property managers accept liability for any loss caused in delay, or failure to connect and/or disconnect, or to provide any of the Movinghub services. Nor do we, our partners, agents or property managers accept any liability on behalf of the suppliers or service providers.

Movinghub may receive a commission or fee from the suppliers and service providers, part of which may be paid to a Movinghub partner or agent.

Disputes Between Customers and Service Providers and Liability Limitation

Customers dissatisfied with services performed by a third party service provider must communicate directly with the service provider to resolve and settle any problems. We are not obligated to provide any mediation, arbitration or other dispute resolution services between customers and service providers. The Website is not responsible or liable to either the customer or the service provider if a mutually acceptable resolution is not reached.

In exchange for the services provided by this site, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, you expressly agree to release the Movinghub, its officers, directors, affiliates, parent companies, employees and service providers from any claims, demands, causes of action, losses and damages (direct and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute between you and any service provider. You waive any limitations on general releases under applicable law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you release and absolve us from any liability arising from any negligence, dishonesty, fraud, swindling, deceit or misrepresentation by any service providers.

Agent Use

Before deciding to hire any service provider, you must rely solely on your own evaluation of the service provider, including track record, qualifications, credentials, reviews, account information, representations made and such other material facts as you, in your sole discretion, deem relevant.

When you hire a service provider, the contract for that service will be between you and the service provider, and not Movinghub. We will not be deemed in any way a party or a third party beneficiary of the service contract. We have no participation in, or control over, the service transaction. The performance, implementation, completion or payment in respect of any contracted services shall be separately arranged between the customer and service provider to the exclusion of Movinghub, and customer and service provider shall look solely to the other in respect of any relevant liability, responsibility or obligation.

Movinghub has no influence on the acceptance of any contract by the service provider and as such cannot be held liable should an offer be withdrawn or not made available to you.

Movinghub does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of, or connected with this service, or for any services selected through this service. We cannot guarantee that a service provider will be able to provide a particular product at any particular time or that a product will be available from day to day. We reserve the right to withdraw any service provider (or any product or service of a service provider) from our service at any time.

Payments for the service providers’ services will be made direct to the service providers under their terms & conditions. We assume no responsibility for organising or making payments to the service providers. We will have no liability in respect of any other website or page on the Internet accessible from this site.

Agent Use

When making an application on behalf of a client, Agents must ensure and be able to prove that they have received permission from the client. An Agent using this site warrants that he has received such permission and holds the Movinghub free and harmless of any liability arising from any unauthorized use of this site or Movinghub.

Movinghub provides an application lodgement service. The Applicant(s) is/are solely responsible for all fees, charges and tariff payments in respect to connections, account establishments, bonds and usage to all services providers.

Neither Movinghub, nor our partners, agents or property managers accept liability for any loss caused in delay, or failure to connect and/or disconnect, or to provide any of the Movinghub services. Nor do we, our partners, agents or property managers accept any liability on behalf of the suppliers or service providers.

Movinghub may receive a commission or fee from the suppliers and service providers, part of which may be paid to a Movinghub partner or agent.

Disputes Between Customers and Service Providers and Liability Limitation

Customers dissatisfied with services performed by a third party service provider must communicate directly with the service provider to resolve and settle any problems. We are not obligated to provide any mediation, arbitration or other dispute resolution services between customers and service providers. The website is not responsible or liable to either the customer or the service provider if a mutually acceptable resolution is not reached.

In exchange for the services provided by this site, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, you expressly agree to release the Movinghub, its officers, directors, affiliates, parent companies, employees and service providers from any claims, demands, causes of action, losses and damages (direct and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any dispute between you and any service provider. You waive any limitations on general releases under applicable law. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you release and absolve us from any liability arising from any negligence, dishonesty, fraud, swindling, deceit or misrepresentation by any service providers.

No advice given from Movinghub shall create any warranty not expressly made within these Terms & Conditions.

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, and Wales.

You acknowledge Movinghub and its agents may be paid a fee based on the services you select, part of which may be paid to a partner, agent, or property manager.
